Yesterday, Delta Hotel and Resorts announced its partnership with the New Edmonton Arena District Development. Hariri Pontarini Architects is leading the design of the proposed 54-storey tower, which will feature 362 hotel rooms and 200 luxury condominiums. As the first newly constructed, four-star, full service hotel in three decades, the Delta Hotel will be a prominent addition to the mixed-use community currently under construction.
