Sandro Zanini—with an extensive experience spanning over 32 years—has joined HPA in 2005 and is working with a staff of 10. Sandro’s team is currently responsible for all aspects of the work on HPA’s High-Rise design studio, including design development, working drawings, construction, site supervision and city approvals. Sandro is currently overseeing 3.8 million square feet of construction activities, representing a total construction value of approximately 1.2 billion dollars. Sandro takes leading roles in the production of technical drawings, and works closely with the team in interpreting and integrating technical requirements into the drawings. Sandro also uses his extensive experience to ensure that each project is monitored vis-à-vis scheduling, management and budget.
