The Bayview Village project is a large scale, mixed-use urban redevelopment in Toronto’s thriving up-town area. This project offers the opportunity to build upon the expanding affluent populations and increasingly diverse land-uses of this neighbourhood. The intention, with respect to expansion and redevelopment of this property, involves the urban densification, revitalization and modernization of the site. The parcel of land will accommodate two new residential towers with retail at grade and potential underground connection to Bayview Subway station. HPA will be developing the south-west portion of the site on the corner of Bayview and Sheppard Avenues.
