The new workplace for Mosaic Venture Partners is located on one floor of the iconic flatiron-style Gooderham Building in downtown Toronto. Designed to respect the qualities of the existing architecture, all work spaces and conference rooms integrate old and new finishes. Existing wood framed windows and exposed masonry and brick walls juxtapose with waxed steel glazing frames, glass, polished plaster, Italian stone, black granite, butcher block, stainless steel and custom-designed Italian walnut furniture. Transparent and translucent glazing define work areas, framing views of the complementary palette across and through the office space.
