4. Forest Hill Residence

The modern single family home was designed for a young family to live and work. Parallel with the street, the house sits on a narrow lot with a well-defined front court and a rear garden court. A double height central hall features living/dining area which links to exterior spaces and creates a separation between the busy family areas and the quieter areas of the house. Classic modernist furniture and a material palette of natural and enduring materials are carried throughout the house.
