Since joining HPA in 2005, Jodi has led some of the firm’s largest mixed-use and residential projects. Her penchant for detail is borne out in her ability to take the three dimensional schematic concepts of large complex projects and programme each individual space – its size, use,  and circulation – throughout an entire building. Jodi oversees projects from the planning stage through to site, ensuring quality design and execution. One Yonge, a 6.4 million square foot mixed-use development on the Toronto waterfront, is an example of one of Jodi’s impressive endeavors as Associate Partner at HPA.

As Associate Partner, Jodi works closely with David Pontarini to develop and implement the strategic direction of the firm. Jodi is an integral part of developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, bringing an in-depth knowledge of both the project and business sides of the firm. Responsible for the overall oversight of the design and management of major projects, Jodi facilitates each detail of communication between the client, team members, and consultants by continually integrating her design skills and experience into the management of each project.
