Ali Yarbakhti

Ali practiced architecture for six years in Iran before earning a Post Professional Master of Architecture from the University of Toronto. He joined Hariri Pontarini Architects as a registered architect in 2011. With a great passion for working on complex urban projects, Ali brings a range of experience to the team and works on all phases of design and construction. Focused on large-scale master planned developments, he has contributed to major projects such as the Pinnacle One Yonge Master Plan and the Square One District Master Plan.

As a Senior Design Architect, Ali works collaboratively with clients and complex constituencies to develop fresh and innovative ideas during the design and planning phases that lead to overall project success. Ali is responsible for taking projects from schematic design through to completion, ensuring that the firm’s design standards are met.
