As a Senior Architectural Designer, Johannes contributes to the early design stages of high-rise residential projects, helping to bring a project from rezoning into site plan approval and design development. With a keen eye for efficient suite layout design, he envisions spaces that resonate with practical needs and aspirations at a human scale. When crafting suite layouts, he goes beyond aesthetics, meticulously considering how a space would feel and how one would inhabit it.
