Maurice LeBlanc

Joining HPA in 2012, Maurice is a licensed architect with over 30 years of experience working on a wide range of projects. His work with municipal authorities and stakeholder groups has deepened his expertise in managing and coordinating both privately and publicly funded schemes. As such, he is responsible for overseeing the design development of the practice’s mid-to high-rise residential and mixed-use proposals and for implementing new protocols for the internal management of all stages of design and execution.
