Nathan Crossman

Nathan is a dedicated problem solver, adept at providing innovative solutions to complex construction challenges – playing a pivotal role in the success of HPA’s projects. With a meticulous eye for detail, he excels in early problem identification in drawings to streamline project success. As an Associate and Senior Project Manager, Nathan serves as a guiding force, mentoring teams from design development to completion. During these phases of work, he advises on potential strategies to achieve the firm’s design objectives, oversees the preparation of construction documents, and coordinates code compliance and materials specifications.

Outside of HPA, Nathan’s passion for building and creating extends into his personal endeavours, where he works in concrete forming, precast, and steel work. This hands-on experience informs his unique approach to problem-solving, enriching each project with practical insights and resourceful solutions.
