Ray Tsang

Ray brings over 25 years of hands-on experience in architecture and project delivery. As a key member of the firm's technical team, he offers extensive expertise in 3D visualization, project management, and the Ontario Building Code. Ray oversees large-scale, complex developments from concept through to handover, consistently upholding HPA’s commitment to design excellence.

Ray works closely with consultant teams to provide strategic direction, build consensus among stakeholders, and manage project risk and scope. His responsibilities include developing project schedules, monitoring fees, securing approvals and entitlements, and guiding the preparation of contract documents. Known for his technical reviews that balance design intent with constructability, Ray also provides mentorship to staff and advises on firm-wide strategies.
